Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely shipping.
As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ifbe.space
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review each case individually and assist wherever possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable in cases where an incorrect or damaged item cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
